PR: So James, have you thought about what you would like to say to
the readers?

JA: Yes, well, one of the things that I would very much like for the
readers to see is this questioner.

PR: Yeah.

JA: So that the would know the specifics of my case, right?

PR: Yeah.

JA: It has a few papers in there of the attorney of and who they
were, and so on and so forth. So as a matter of fact see that we are
going to print this. And what we can do is just - - Julia
Schiller.her e-mail address is Julia@.

PR: It doesn't matter James. It doesn't matter. And I kind of feel
that we are not on the same wave-length here.at all so I don't know.
I don't know if there is any point at all in continuing with this at
this point.

JA: I just want to know exactly what it is that you think that your
readers want to know?

PR: Who you are what your thoughts are...not about your case - but
about life.

JA:  Okay, about who I am.

PR:  Yeah, something that.  I don't know.  Or...

JA:  What I am is a political prison...

PR:  I mean they are not going to listen to your case - that's not
going to stick with them.

JA:  Okay, what I have...

PR:  If they want it - they have to dig for it, but we put the
resources up for it.  But your in a paticular position that is, you
know, unsual, stessful and wrong.  wrong from a lot of different
perspectives, right?

JA:  Yeah.

PR:  And you - this is your chance to reach out to people as a
person, and to talk to them.  In a strange sort of way, you know I'm
not sure it will work.  It's not going to be about your case.  I
mean, think about those guys on the yard - you don't care about
there case but you might want to talk to them about...I don't know,
what?

JA:  Well, if I were - I don't know, if I were a person who were in
your site...

PR:  Yeah.

JA:  Yeah, you know - if I were in your site there...that would say
something in itself.

PR:  Yeah?

JA:  Okay.

PR:  Yes?  Yes.

JA:  I would be interested in the specifics of the circumstances of
how I got on death row...I would be.  It would be a natural...

PR:  Okay, well then tell the story!

JA:  Well...

PR:  Don't tell us where to find the documents, or who you sent to
what or e-mail addresses.  Tell me the story.  Start from a starting
place go on.  That's exactly what I think you should do.

JA:  Okay.  The starting place is that I was returning to Las Vegas,
or in the process of returning to Las Vegas, in the company of a guy
by the name of Fred Anders that I didn't know along with his sister.
I didn't know it at the time, but this Fred Anders had attempted
to, or did molest his own nine-year-old child.  And that his wife,
or the woman in his life at the time did tell him that if he didn't
leave he'd report it to the police and have him arrested.  At which
point he did leave...at the time I didn't know this fact.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  His sister is actually the one who told me about it.  My
alleged co-defendent but at the same time, Mr. Anders is an
extreamly predjuduce person - I didn't know that.

PR:  And his sister you were involved with, right?

JA:  Yes.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  And what he did basically, is committed the crime and went
directly to the police...found a policeman - and told the police
that myself - - are you there?

PR:  Yeah, I'm here, I'm listening.

JA:  That myself and his sister had committed the crime.  Basically,
what it was is that he had enough hatered for me...

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  Excuse me?

PR:  Yeah.

JA:  Hello.

PR:  Hi, two - should we make it two weeks from today?

JA:  Yeah,

PR:  And then we'll continue - but go on.

JA:  'K, that he had enough hatered for me to set this crime up, and
attempt to separate his sister and myself.  Right?

PR:  Uh-huh?

JA:  And you know - I had commited this crime so...

PR:  Yes.

JA:  You know, that's exactly what I had been - his sister and - and
he left us at the crime scene.

PR:  Uh-huh?

JA:  Found the police, and the police found us, maybe half an hour
after this crime had been committed.  We were arrested.  Sheara, his
sister - Mr. Anders sister informed the police - once they told us
what had happened.  That there was no way in the world that I coulda
committed these crimes.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  Cause I was in eye-sight, or ear-sight of her at all times.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  Okay, I was.  Unfortunately, three months after we were
arrested the district attorney had made the mistake of allowing Mr.
Anders (who was his star witness) to visit Sheila in jail.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  Okay now, that's a violation of federal law in itself.

PR:  Uh-huh.

JA:  Right?  But what he did, was convinced Sheila to change her
testimony.  To basically...

PR:  Uh-huh?

JA:  Collaborate his.

PR:  Okay, and this is where we are going to pick it up next time.

JA:  Okay.

PR:  And you think about how you want to present it...but...

JA:  Okay.

PR:  You guys were arrested then what?

JA:  But could you do this for me?  Could you please do this?  Cause
I know my case better than anybody on the planet.  Could you send
Sheila an e-mail and ask her to send you a copy of that questioner?
Then at least look at it and see if it's worthy enough to be
procised?

PR:  Okay, what her na- what's her e-mail?

JA:  sheila@cnet.com

PR:  Okay I will.

JA:  I really appreciate...

PR:  Okay, okay, I'm sorry I'm a hard ass

JA:  Okay, take care of yourself.

PR:  Okay, talk to you in two weeks James.

JA:  Bye-bye.

PR:  Bye.
